1 x DESOI microfine cement VP1 (No. 56397), 1 x Sikadur®-31+ (No. 000-02-939), 50 x Universal adhesive packer - polymer (No. 400-32-035), 50 x Steel nail (No. 500-13-415), 1 x DESOI M-Power 30Z (No. 10759), 1 x Klebfix (No. 25260), 1 x Dissolver set (No. 000-03-385), 1 x 10,7 litre mixing container (No. 500-13-424)
Description du produit
A range of products for mineral injection using microfine cement on concrete surfaces of medium and small sizes exhibiting various types of cracking.
Procedure

Procedure

  • Grease a steel nail and drive it into the crack
  • Clamp the adhesive packer into the Klebfix and apply the adhesive
  • Place the adhesive packer over the steel nail on the crack
  • Apply sealing material
  • Observe the curing time of the adhesive
  • Remove steel nail
  • Mix the ultra-fine cement with the dissolver set
  • Clamp the DESOI Z-Slider onto the packer and inject using the DESOI PowerPump 30Z
