Ram- and injection head

The Ram- and injection head is used in conjunction with the G¼" ram injection lance in slightly sandy soils for the purpose of sealing or consolidation. An enormous advantage of the Ram- and injection head is the possibility of flushing in during the ram injection process. In this way, the exit holes do not become clogged with the fine sand.

• Connect ram lance with ram and injection head
• Mount Geka coupling
• Position the ram lance
• Connect water until it emerges from transverse holes
• Drive ram lance to desired depth (depths up to 3 m)
• Connect the injection connection to material delivery line
• Inject
• After the injection process, pull the ram lance with ram and injection head out of the ground and clean it. For short lengths, it is possible to pull the ram injection lances manually by the handle.
